ABOUT ME

Skills, Hobbies, Areas of Interest

Outdoor Recreation

Whether on a leisurely hike, a multi-day backpacking trip, canoeing down a river, rock climbing, or a relaxing walk around the neighborhood; life is best enjoyed outside.

Culture

I enjoy movies (primarily documentaries), reading non-fiction books, writing poetry, seeing a theater production, attending live music events, museums, and exhibits; cultural events are the best way to explore a new place.

Sports and Entertainment

Loyal fan to Chicago sports teams and Michigan State athletics. I enjoy basketball, golf, frisbee golf, and yoga; I am not highly competitive, though I enjoy cheering on those who are.

Professional Skills

Exceptional listening, communication, and leadership capabilities. Thoughtful, problem-solving and time management oriented. Song leading. Creative, adaptable and always willing to collaborate.

Areas of Interest/Speciality

Environmental enthusiast, mediation and conflict resolution, pastoral care, mindfulness, spirituality,  healthy masculinity, moral injury and soul repair.
